Anyone have any gouge on the Aggressor lifestyle whether it be for Full or Part time ?  Quality of the job , how busy it is , pros/cons, etc ?  Is the ART route bad compared to AGR?

We have F-16 ADAIR part time? Reserve T-38 ADAIR is closing shop in Florida, so there's that issue. As to ART vs AGR, that's MDS-irrelevant, and a discussion onto itself. 

Can't find the link, but I heard a reserve unit at Nellis was looking for folks to fly F-16 Aggressors.

Last I knew the reserves at Nellis do have TR aggressor pilots. Another option to explore is Draken, ATAC, etc. Guys I know who do that seem fairly happy with it; no AF bullshit to really deal with (but doesn’t help if you’re trying to get an AF retirement).
