It's a bit annoying that I get generic Notification and a PM alert whenever I receive a PM.  Why isn't it just an alert under the PM?

Okay, I've adjusted those default settings so you should not get "double notifications" about PMs. Additionally, all notification settings can be adjusted per user by clicking the arrow next to your name in the top right corner, then select "notification settings". Thanks for the feedback

If I go to the forum page, it looks like old school hyper-links and I see this:

However, I see where I can login and if so, I can see the normal forum content.  If I don't login, none of the links work.
