I do think they should publish the decision criteria you reference though, if for no other reason than to prove they have one. That type of action is transparency, a "status update" (regardless who sends it) is not. Good luck guys, Bendy what is not understandable is the fact that guys on here are saying people that need waivers have been approved. that negates everything he and Cox just said, if they are waiting then wait for everyone. but the fact that they already approved some, sorry but it is time to shit or get off the pot. they keep trying to buy more time and it is really starting to affect individuals' future plans, big time! EDIT: I got antsy and called the TFSC to see where exactly my application was and I was able to confirm my application is indeed at the last stop before approval/disapproval (AFPC OFF Voluntary Separation Pay), but the technician said the only thing it said was "pending" and that she didn't know if I'd hear anything about it before 1 May. Don't lose faith everyone, 1 May is right around the corner. How I look at is, there are 300 pending applications, and at least 415 pilot overages so that's pretty good odds that if you applied you have a fair chance at getting approved with the waivers now. TERA applicant Posted April 17, 2014 Share Posted April 17, 2014 My application still says "FM - Pending Auth". Has anyone else has their status updated? TFSC told me yesterday that the Matrix had changed and I was no longer eligible... Could not find the updated TERA matrix so I called TFSC back... I was told the most current matrix is Apr 3rd. That would check with most of the approvals being posted on here, and the 1 May application w/ ADSC processing dates. I'm 2004, so don't want to give up just yet. It makes a lot of sense to have another VSP window open from 22 May to 30 June then. It says the second window is specifically for those who previously had unwaiverable ADSCs or were deployed. Not sure if you understand how retirement works, but you have to check eligibility first. I applied first thing on the 15th only to be told it will take 10 business days to determine my eligibility under TERA. If eligible, then you can actually apply. Now that the matrix went red for my yr group...... Applied on day one for the 1st round of TERA only to be told "no" due to ACP....then they change the rules...AFTER the TERA window closed! Then all the VSP guys get to play under the new rules while we TERA guys get hosed! I'm so happy for those that got VSP, I just think we TERA guys "took one for the team!"
