Cant speak directly for tanker guys. Our 130 unit says there are days for rotations to the AOR. I would ask you Log Plans office for clarification.

Does the policy of not letting ANG/AFRC people deploy with the AD apply to just KC-135 folks?

Applies to AFRC KC-10 folks here at McGuire, and not just for deployments.
