Man, this is getting hard to want to continue paying attention to. Our 5* FR QB (who didn't show a thing this year) just said he intends to enter the portal.
This is NFL Lite with zero restrictions. I wish we had a bit more stability and miss how CFB was before this free for all.
Also, get off my lawn!
Yup, two extremes met now. Find a middle ground.

Forces that took and maintain control will take over the base. If the Ruskies have any chance of keeping it, they have a marker in their possession, named Assad.
That base is smoking currently. Along with every hardened shelter, MIG, and AAA/SAM the Israeli's could find.

I will say that fun isn't necessarily the metric for a carry gun, and if you weigh 120 lb or less that might be the best option. But the bigger frame of the X/XL variant is much nicer to shoot
Yeah fun isn't the right word I guess. I can shoot well with it but that comes with a different grip on draw almost every time for me and my size compared to the gun frame. Having to readjust grip every time after draw is not fun. Its a trade off for sure. I'm moving to a bit bigger frame as a necessity.

Both will be available at most ranges to rent. I thought the 365 was too small, but the 365x is perfect. I'm a medium frame human.
It does require a little bit more skill with the short barrel, but that's just another excuse to hit the range.
365 is indeed too small. Not fun to shoot in the slightest

Props to the opposition Parliament members. Ignored the threat of martial law, climbed fences, stared down guys with guns, and held a unanimous vote to end the martial law. Technically has to be signed off by the President, but clearly he's done.
I've seen all kinds of videos circulating that show the 'special forces' being employed weren't even carrying ammo. There are loads of videos/pictures showing empty guns and lots of simunition bolts/blue taped magazines. The blue tape could mean anything but it's very strange. Maybe less lethal option. Who knows.

And non-standard (I.e red/green) lights at that?
The who thing is weird! If it was a major power doing some sort of synthetic radar reconnaissance of major bases for intelligence you would think they would be blacked out.
Yet this seems too big for just some miscreant drone hobbyists.
As I mentioned in the beginning of this thread the Langley incursions were supposedly imaged by NASA WB-57F planes but the results of that imagery and where the drones were heading to/coming from are completely unknown.
If one image of the type of drone released it might help in figuring out who might have made it.
We were very quick to point out China’s involvement in the ballon over N.C.
(but very silent in the others we shot down) as well as pointing the finger at Russia with the attempted DHL bombings but are very reluctant in these increasing drone incursions.Red/Green is standard on DJI products. Not sure of anything else.

There was also a drone swarm over New Jersey with witnesses claiming car sized drones were flying all night long.
I doubt they were quite that big and it would be hard to accurately judge the size of something flying at night but it does seem that these are not hobbyists sized drones and I wonder how long even a large sized quadcopter type of drone could stay aloft. or are these fixed wing drones?
Also while the operators could be anywhere, these things still have to be recovered, refueled (or recharged?), servicing and maintained, etc.
You would also think that sooner or later a bearing would seize up, a linkage would break, a signal lost and one of these things would crash to earth.
And why are they (from what videos i've seen) flying around with position lights on

This seems very simple. You want conscientious objector status?
No.
What's the next crisis?
Yeah right. I'm guessing her request is approved with zero pushback. No payback or anything of the like. Thank you for your 'service' and here's a 100% disability rating as well due to the suffering you endured in your service.

Ok, two different things.. tracking now.
For the orphan from China learning engineering, I'm sure the good ol govt can establish an alternate civil service to reap the investment of said 2d Lt along with a loan balance should she not honor that alternate enlistment/commitment.
As for the beards, we all know our idea for beards in the military is modeled after Ramius, right? He would have looked unwise and silly if he was clean shaven and asking for a Ping.
how many pings?

QuoteAs an active duty service member, I have been told repeatedly that military strength is the only way to counteract the threats we face in the world. But once again we see violence, this time perpetrated by the Israeli government, only leads to death and destruction in an ever growing conflict. Hate begets hate.
QuoteIn many ways, it’s thanks to the Air Force Academy that I currently have an anti-war stance. I was given the tools to examine my military service and foreign policy in a couple mundane, core classes: law and ethics, though my ethics course has stuck with me the most, ironically enough. I hated my ethics course because I thought most of it was redundant and self-explanatory: don’t do bad things! I couldn’t understand why people dedicated their lives to it.

Gaetz pulled his AG nomination. Now he’s effectively unemployed.
Apparently there is a possibility he can still resume his seat in the 119th
It's unclear if Gaetz can return to Congress now, since he resigned from the current session but had already been voted into the next session for his district in Florida — or whether Trump will give him another spot in his administration.

Now that Matt Gaetz has withdrawn from the AG nomination, there were several other names Trump may considered for the position:
- Sen. Mike Lee: A Republican senator from Utah, known for his close work with the Trump administration and his support for challenging the 2020 election results.
- John Ratcliffe: Former Director of National Intelligence and a staunch defender of Trump during the Mueller investigation.
- Jeffrey Clark: A former assistant attorney general who was involved in efforts to challenge the 2020 election results.
- Judge Aileen Cannon: A U.S. District Judge appointed by Trump, known for her rulings in favor of Trump in the classified documents case.
- Mike Davis: A former clerk for Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch and a vocal defender of Trump.
- Mark Paoletta: A former Trump administration member and counsel to a House committee.
Each of these candidates has a strong connection to Trump and his policies.

Trump may be the guy who can tell Putin and Zelensky to knock the shit off, borders are now where the current lines are, and UKR can fuck off on joining NATO. Sucks for you UKR, but your loss is not our problem at this point, be thankful we enabled you to not lose half your country, Kiev, etc. RUS will be in a massive deficit for generations to come, we don’t need to do/enable anymore on that front.
Agreed. Neither side is going to 'win' at this point. UKR is at the mercy of those willing/un-willing to fund their attrition war at this point. Short of Europe pushing all in and funding/manning the UKR offensive to retake UKR territory I'm not sure what they expect. I wonder what would have happened if RUS had been halfway competent and taken Kyiv as they set out to do.

Will be very interesting to see how the rhetoric about hitting the cartels will come to fruition.
