XL 09-03 All Toners This is what I can remember. 1 UAS to Creech 2 UAS to Cannon 2 C-17s (1 to McGuire, one somewhere else) 4 KC-135 (2 guard) 1 to McConnell and one to Japan 2 KC-10 Travis (these dudes seemed happy) 1 E-3 Tinker 1 T-1 XL 1 AC-130! (A pipe dream come true for this dude from what i'm told, I guess somebody pulled some strings)

Sounds like an antiquated "tradition" that needs to be given a second look. The navy thing isn't working, obviously. The pirates aren't exactly armed to the teeth with torpedos and 16 inch cannons. All it would take to deter them would be a few mounted machine guns on the sides of merchant ships. Sounds like an international treaty that could use some amending. There's nothing I hate more than prolonging a flawed idea because it's "always been this way".

In all seriousness...the best way to improve your run time is to improve your flexibility. Through stretches. A-Thomas knows this and has begun his routine. He is already making remarkable progress... If he keeps this up he'll be able to see it in no time!
