Maybe I’m alone in this but I thought the application itself was rather large (so to speak), and was scrambling to make sure everything was there. Maybe this a rated to rated thing but I ended up attaching all my Form-8s and the eval form (whatever it’s called AF-9something).

What attachments do you have? DAF215, Attachment 1 (letters, rated eval forms), Certified Physical, ADSC Statement, and PPL copy is all I've got

You don’t need to send OPB or 475. They pull RoP themselves.

I read the form 8 section as "include it because we want to see an explanation for Q3s, even if you don't have any. It's required for rated applicants". I may just be over thinking since the application is so small

I don’t think that’s how it read, I see what you mean. They want a justification for a Q3 and a form 8 will show that. I would highly encourage you to just strictly submit what the PDSM wants. I have buddies that got selected in the last board, no Form 8s in their app their 942 was clean. I also knew someone (he flies KC-135 now) who applied with a Q3 on his record and he submitted the applicable Form 8 that correlates with the one on his 942.

Very valid points. The fear is leaving out documents over an interpretation but you've convinced me. No Q3= no form 8s

My Wing finished strats already. 10 people applied in my wing. I don’t know where I stood, but my CC told me I did very well at the Wing. He is waiting to tell me the Strat. I felt good when I applied. I think it was the best I could offer.

Best of luck, brother. We have some similar stats (86 afoqt/96 pcsm) and I will also be deployed. My Wing never pushed out anything so I am curious to see how many applied.
