  1. Just keep pestering medical and your leadership to pester medical. Hope it comes through for you soon. I put Sheppard, Vance, Columbus, Laughlin and Fort Rucker
  2. My Wing put out the call for applications today, 24 August. Good to know they are tracking. Everything is ready to go!
  3. All my stuff is signed by my SQ/CC my application is just sitting around waiting for our WG still to ask for applications. This wait is long! Haha
  4. Hey man, good luck in your journey. The medical stuff takes time, you may want to get someone higher up from your squadron involved to help hassle peeps up there to get stuff signed. Ideally, you want to get this stuff taken care of sooner out, but you’re at the last step, which is good. If you’re close with your flight surgeon, I would go through them. My squadron has an attached flight surgeon and I was able to bug her to reach out.
  5. Hey man, welcome to the forum and good luck. I don’t have the PDSM on me, but you need to submit a Certified Physical which includes a 2808 and cleared for the AFSC you are applying to.
  6. This checks, just have everything ready to go. They will probably ask for things last minute. Have some people you really trust look over your paperwork.
  7. My first time applying, a 1st Lt and put on Captain in the fall. I am an MQ-9 Evaluator pilot. I got all my quals quickly and have amassed close to 1700 hours in the plane between my enlisted time as a sensor operator and as a pilot. I become a Ops Sup/MCC as a 2d Lt, then became an IP a couple months after I put on 1st Lt. See below my information. PCSM: 96 AFOQT Pilot: 86 PPL and flying on a monthly basis LOR is my from my previous OG/CC who just retired and knew me well and still mentors me to this day. Personal letter is oriented around proven, trusted leadership track record, consistent high performance, leading and serving others and leveraging my unmanned experience to better manned. Highly strated IP in squadron 1/21 Lts DG OTS/IQT 2024 JrCGO OTY and 2025 IP OTY I serve as my squadrons Chief of safety and a graduated flight safety officer “S” coded. I have been fortunate to have been an IO on a class B too. Also a joint LNO aboard the Roosevelt for a major AF/Navy Exercise. I am hopeful for this year, this is my first time applying and do not need any waivers for medical or age. Happy to connect with anyone on here to share more specifics about my app. I have got a lot of mentorship on this process, make sure leadership is captured. Good luck to everyone!
  8. Retook my TBAS, now have a 96 PCSM now! Going for the FY27 UFT Crossflow! Glad I retook my TBAS. AFOQT Pilot: 86 PCSM: 96 2xAnnual Award winner (JrCGO/IP) PPL w/62 hours Chief of safety (safety school grad) IO for major fighter mishap Multiple DG awards Lt MQ-9 Evaluator pilot and high support from Sq/WG leadership. Thanks for the inspiration on this chain.
  9. I’m applying to UFT cross flow for UPT this year. Different path for me…was enlisted for 6 years as MQ-9 evaluator sensor operator, now commissioned, been an MQ-9 pilot and I’m an Evaluator, as a 1Lt. I don’t put in Capt until September of this year. My experience came sooner because of some Vol1 stuff, but worked my butt off to become an IP very quickly and later a DI and now Evaluator. Currently, I’m our squadron’s Chief of Safety and went through safety school last year. Hoping to get picked up this year. My AFOQT pilot 86 and PCSM 70. I’m hoping with a good LOR and how well my career has gone, I might have a shot. I’m 31, won’t need any waivers for anything. Good luck to people applying this year.
