March 4, 20214 yr Ask for documentation or something in writing that states the above... I’ve had recruiters tell me the same thing simply because they don’t know how to or don’t want to help you submit for an age waiver... it’s easier for them to push a guy thru the pipeline that requires no waivers. That is a load of bull.
