June 25, 201114 yr This. From the guy who told me he outranked me when we were both Captains because he was an O3-E. Not that's there's anything wrong with that... :) Who had the earlier date of rank? Or just tell him as a prior E, he should be used to following the orders of captains.

Not that's there's anything wrong with that... :) lol, I can only imagine this was a DOR conversation or that I actually said "I am better than you because I am me". Rank has nothing to do with that, but I can see where the misunderstanding could happen.
