February 14, 201114 yr Does the FAA have access to a pilot's Air Force medical records? I know the database for waivers and such is computerized now...does the FAA have access to that database without the member's consent?

I know the database for waivers and such is computerized now...does the FAA have access to that database without the member's consent? I doubt it. Both AHTLA (the "normal" electronic medical record system) and AIMWTS (the aircrew waiver system) are CAC enabled. These wouldn't be available to the FAA through normal channels.
