As a cheerleader (and an attractive college age woman), I bet she understands that there are some disgusting people out there that are going to take picutres of her while she is cheering. It is the same w/ volleyball players wearing the tight shorts and beach volleyball players in the bikinis.

That said, if you want the picture removed, contact the university. I bet they have their outfits, logos, etc all trademarked. Also, they would have the lawyers, resources that would pursue it. I am sure they don't want their name/image associated w/ the website.

I'd let her know anonymously and let the University know too. That is likely a copyrighted photo. If it isn't, she doesn't have much to stand on...

I figured ignorance is bliss. I passed the info along to a friend who works with the Athletic Association so if they feel like it they can try to do something about the picture.

Now if she was nekkid I would understand...
