DC is doing Round 1 of interviews via Skype yesterday and today. 10 minute video interview. ~10 of the ~20 people interviewed will go on to the in person interviews May 6.

They told me they would get back to people sometime in May. Interviews & selections in July/August time frame. I haven't heard of anyone hearing from NC, DC, SD, SC, VT, nor CA. It's complete radio silence right now.

There's a few interview selections that were supposed to happen today/by today and I haven't heard anything. A few of my buddies are in the same position, so I'm trying to stay hopeful.

What is the discrepancy? Is there something current applicants would need to resubmit for?

For those who applied to D.C. - how long did it take for them to download your application? I uploaded mine a few days before the deadline and I have confirmed & reconfirmed (at least 10 times) that the email I input is correct, but the status on the site is still showing as 'Not Downloaded'. My friend is applying as well and his was downloaded within 24 hours, so this has me a bit nervous. I don't want to reach out to them to ask since they were pretty straightforward about not doing that in regard to file status. Thanks for any help.
