Which can was he using? The one in question I was looking at is the QDSS-NT4, which is billed at 24oz. The AACs are lighter, but they weigh between 13oz and 18oz, not exactly 1.5lbs lighter. I've only heard good things about the NT4, but to each his own I guess. How did you perceive the performance of the KAC? The other suppressor that the SM556 was made for is the Gemtech HALO, so it's pretty much between those two that I will decide. I'm in no hurry. How did you like the Vickers class? I actually considered signing up for the KH/LAV 1911 Centennial Celebration, but decided against it. The class is full now anyway. It kind of sucks living where I am right now, in terms of attending a class by any of the major companies/guys. It's either an expensive plane ticket or a long ass drive.

Sweet deal. My tax return came in today so I bought a hammer forged 14.5" midlength from Bravo Company tonight. I ordered it with a PWS SM556 permanently attached. I'm going to bite the bullet and buy a KAC suppressor, and the SM556 is compatible. I'm also selling my LWRC upper and will just use the lower I had for that on this new BCM upper. Stoleit, that is a .50 not a 20mm. The video M2 posted was a 20mm rifle. Rifles with suppressors are still going to produce a crack because the bullet is supersonic, but they do help reduce the sound. The original video M2 posted is actually a suppressed rifle. So I stand corrected. This video is the same type of rifle with what appears to be subsonic ammo and the suppressor... a lot quieter.

So which one is it? The HK P30 is probably one of the most durable and reliable pistols to date. Sample group of one, but there are few that can match this linky.

Have you actually fired the Glock? Picking up a gun and saying it doesn't feel good in your hands isn't a really good data point. Ideally you would want to spend A LOT of time with a specific platform shooting it and and learning it's nuances. What makes it uncomfortable? Is it the size of the grip, grip angle, trigger reach, etc? If you still can't stand a Glock, look at the M&P9. It's a little more ergonomic in the grip area. You will be hard pressed to find a new QUALITY handgun at $400. The ones you listed as being interested in are more expensive than that price point. Why do you want the SIG P226 NSW? MSRP is $44 more than a standard SIG P226 for an anchor on the slide.

Thanks! I like her too. I'm not too concerned about shotguns personally. I own one Remington 870, and I think that's good enough for me. My gun interests lie with Hi-Powers, 1911s, and AR-15s... oh and I'm really enjoying the Glock 17 I bought. That's a sweet setup. You should definitely SBR the Draco.
