  1. Just thinking out loud, looking for some opinions. I'm up for assignment, not soon, but soon enough to begin thinking about it. I have nothing to weigh me down and have pretty much decided that I want to go OCONUS. I'm not a flyer but Intel, and will not be restricted to just AF billets - wouldn't mind joint billet. Thoughts on different locations in terms of quality of life, things to do, cost, mission etc etc.? Wouldn't mind a beach..

Anyone in here have any NFA full autos?
  3. You wont likely pass at MEPS, but they aren't the final say. My situation is Naval, but FWIW I failed MEPS on multiple accounts, but inundated the flight docs with civilian paperwork saying I was good to go. I probably sent them so much paperwork they said ###### it and stamped me as GTG. I am not an aviator, now, though. I was faced with a decision after a ridiculous training incident - life altering and potentially dangerous surgery or give up flying. I gave it up. It bothers me every day but I know I made the right decision. Do not weigh your options lightly.
  4. Their military is better than the former Iraqi.
  5. There's a lot of bad shit on the ground in Syria
  6. I can add some more if it helps.
  7. Saw brief recently from wing CC recently, even slides said Home of the Warfighter.

Is the old one still around or did they demo it? Anyone know if there's an on base crossfit club?
  9. https://www.ping.com/about/military.aspx Not much, but it's something.
  10. It says he was already suspended when this incident took place. Did they just reinstate a shitbag?
  11. Did the demo have the thrust vectoring nozzles? I couldn't tell. I know they have had them in a tech demo before. If they weren't on this demo, why not? Oddly, if I remember, their tech demo thrust vectoring nozzles were visually the same, no cloaking attempts like you see on other stealth engines.
  12. How is this thing going to be IR stealth with those honking unadulterated nozzles on the rear?
  13. You don't think there's a big long one in between the two engines?
  14. Contractor/contract/bid that won the job for the city should be public info. I would think that they type of camera would be included in that information.
  15. Here's some general info: https://weblinks.westlaw.com/result/default.aspx?cite=UUID%28NBFF5CA0095-E411DB9BCF9-DAC28345A2A%29&db=1000869&findtype=VQ&fn=_top&pbc=DA010192&rlt=CLID_FQRLT3664222811168&rp=%2FSearch%2Fdefault%2Ewl&rs=WEBL11%2E07&service=Find&spa=dcc-1000&sr=TC&vr=2%2E0 https://weblinks.westlaw.com/result/default.aspx?cite=UUID%28NC02872C095-E411DB9BCF9-DAC28345A2A%29&db=1000869&findtype=VQ&fn=_top&pbc=DA010192&rlt=CLID_FQRLT11179232811168&rp=%2FSearch%2Fdefault%2Ewl&rs=WEBL11%2E07&service=Find&spa=dcc-1000&sr=TC&vr=2%2E0 https://weblinks.westlaw.com/result/default.aspx?cite=UUID%28NC05A7F4095-E411DB9BCF9-DAC28345A2A%29&db=1000869&findtype=VQ&fn=_top&pbc=DA010192&rlt=CLID_FQRLT17928232811168&rp=%2FSearch%2Fdefault%2Ewl&rs=WEBL11%2E07&service=Find&spa=dcc-1000&sr=TC&vr=2%2E0 https://www.thenewspaper.com/rlc/docs/2010/ca-khaled.pdf
  16. Although since it is probably considered a civil infraction there might not be an adherence to due process. Edit: I would challenge the requirement that you are legally obligated to provide the drivers license information of the person "driving the car". Kinda bogus that the only way you can exonerate yourself is to coerce someone else to incriminate themselves with personal information.
  17. The reasonable doubt should be that there is zero physical or circumstantial evidence that your girl was operating the vehicle. It's absurd that someone can be convicted of a crime where the relationship between an owner of the vehicle and the literal/metaphorical vehicle in which the crime was committed in/with cannot be proven. If you were poor and disenfranchised I would say just call the ACLU. I would load up with everything. Grab all the case law/precedent you can, get your science/math on, then hit them with the "its your job to PROVE it was her, not mine to prove it wasn't. FU!"
  18. That sounds bullshit ass backwards. How is that YOU have to prove your innocence..I thought they had to prove guilt? ######ed up system you got there. That would be the first thing I would bring up.
  19. Maybe I am misunderstanding you. You're saying the court(prosecutor) has to provide that?
  20. What's the local precedent for the courts being challenged to prove who was driving the car?
  21. I think they could just pull the federal dollars and all the cards would come down.
  22. Not in, but anyone have any clever team names for the year? I need to steal one.
  23. A lot of quiet reports that it wasn't a U2 but an RJ or EP3
