Pilot Selection Process

Anybody know what is considered a "good" PCSM score? I know it is a "whole person" concept to get accepted, but any additional info on this subject...

What format should be used in the resume and cover letter for packets being sent to guard and reserve units? Is there a generic example available on the web? Thanks!

Hello fellow pilots! I am searching for people with information on my dillema. To sum up my situation, it's been my lifelong dream to fly military. My vision started downhill as a high school senior. I therefore pursued civilian flying and obtained my BS degree in Aviation. I have my commercial-instrument and multi (now working on CFI) with over 500 hours (100 being multi). I just recently discovered that laser correction surgery was now allowed for military pilots so, being determined to find a way in, I had PRK two weeks ago. So far I'm at 20/20 and improving! I posted a question similar to this a while back and didnt get many responses I was wondering if some people could share theyr fellings on the bat test if they have already taken it, Im not asking to give details about the actualy test as i am aware it has a cloud of secrecy over it what im looking for is did you feel up to it when you took it, where you dissapointed with all the hype surrounding it because it was easier than you thought it would be? did you blow it off and pay the price for it? What did you do to prepare for it. I know some of the test deals with hand-eye coordination any specific tests you know of to improve this? some have told me also that even …
