About two months ago I got into a pretty minor car accident, But have been having a bit of back pain. It doesn't prevent me from being active but does put me in a bit of pain. I've been afraid to get it fully checked out due to fear it could DQ me. Is there anyway if this turns out to be chronic to still pilot? And if it's easily treatable/Goes away how would that effect my chances?

I’ve had a chronic back injury for several years now and still flying.

But like many things I’m sure it depends on the specifics of your injury. Regardless, my 2 cents would be to get it checked out asap.

Look for a chiropractor who takes full x-rays as part of their initial screening for new patients..do it out of pocket (i.e. off the record).  There are some very good ones out there who may be able to help, and it won't cost you much to at least try the easy road first.  If it's something worse, like a herniated disk, you'll have to likely go through someone else which will involve insurance, etc.
