Just curious what the most recent loan was for cadets.

 

In 97 it was 18k at 3.5%.

 

Any recent grads care to share?

And back then, you didn't have to use it for a car....but if your MPA was low you were ineligible for the loan. Genius!

Just for an additional data point, in 2007 it was 35k at 0.5% and could be used for whatever you wanted.

A few guys in my class pooled their money and bought some land/built a house in Costa Rica and later sold it for a pretty decent return

In 2012 It was 35K at 0.5% if I recall correctly
