Does anyone have or know where to find a list of all the pilot exchanges available?

AFPC.

I'm not trying to be a smart ass.  There is an Exchange Office there, and it is your best resource.

The available ones during each VML have always shown up on the fighter porch page, at least for Vipers anyway.
