I'm trying to write a couple LOEs and it's been a while. I've gone on e-publishing and can't seem to find the AF Form 77. Has it been replaced by something else? Is there any other way to write a letter of evaluation?

Well crapspackle, I don't know why the link no workie. All I did was search for "AF77" in forms on ePublishing. It was the 1st link

formflow is dead. Long live formflow. But seriously, formflow was replaced an eon ago with Lotus Forms Viewer...

This is not that difficult. Google chrome didn't open up the form filler. Just do it manually.

Right click and save as...
