August 15, 200619 yr I've met a guy who didn't score well enough on the UPT entrance exam to get into UPT. He was a Nav for several years. He then got a shot at UPT and he kicked ass in combat and as a civilian pilot. His name is Dick Rutan ...maybe you heard of him?
