Has anybody else had REALLY BAD service at Hickam recently?

Not really,

We just blow by them as fast we can with minor detail and head for off-base billeting downtown when we're lucky!

AMCC has never been the brightest bunch, but then again I really don't notice with a "Lava Flow" on my mind!

We had a particularly bad time last time through that warranted an AMC Form 54 ("Aircraft Commander's Report On Services/Facilities")

Is it just me or does that plastic "bank teller" window and their reluctance to come to it piss anyone else off?

When I was there, I had $hitty service where ever we went. Didnt matter if it was on base or not. They were all a bunch of dicks. Must be the island fever.

I like how they stare at you when you ask them a question after it took them 5 minutes to get to the window. I guess you can't pause Tetris, you just have to finish the level before you can assist the crew with the ARCT.
