Ours were locally made years ago and are becoming their own FOD hazard. I thought we would find some manufacturers out there with a web search of ground support equipment, but no joy. Appreciate any leads you all may have.

Welcome to the forum. Signs are not considered equipment which is probably why your web search failed. I googled "ground support equipment signs" and the fouth link down was this that includes several companies who make the product you requested.

I always hated the follow me trucks that would suddenly cut the corner to reposition for marshalling but forget to turn their "Follow Me" sign off. No offense, @ssclowns, but the Follow Me truck IS my marshaller until you turn that light off. If you want me to stop following the truck, stop the truck, turn the light off, reposition, and marshall me in with your light wands or big hands.

Thanks for the info. I found the attached Follow Me signs made by www.custom4x4fabrication.com in Oklahoma City, OK. They are using them at Tinker AFB and cost about half of other estimates we have seen (don't really need the in cab computer controller). They have no exposed hardware to limit FOD potential, sealed LED backlighting, and fit standard truck beds.
