Yes, I did. It's called the L-382. All you need is your Form 8's (for your left seat landing check, and I'd bring your Inst/Qual, just in case), your I.D., and whatever your local FSDO requires.

Some FSDOs may require 100 hours in the last 12 months.

Has anyone gotten the tpye recently put on while still in Little Rock...if so do you remember the name of the person you spoke with at the FAA Office there

The ol' L-382 type rating has opened plenty of doors for me. Time well spent.

Got mine last year. I think requirement is 10hrs in preceding 12 months plus Form 8 showing FP/MP.
