UCT select. 99 Pilot, 84 PCSM, 41 flight hours, no PPL, 1/1 at the wing, second time applying. Not the outcome I was hoping for, but there is always next year. Hopefully I’ll open up a spot for someone who really wanted CSO.

The wait is tough!! Currently deployed and it’s all I can think about in my down time. Hope everyone else is doing well in this limbo period!
