I didn’t get a TBNT email from Tucson but didn’t get anything with an invite yet either. Has anyone received an invite?

Last sanity check question:
For the AZ F-16 Apps, for the Form 369, are you basically just signing where it says “I hereby consent to release from your files the information requested below?, as that’s the only place it notes “To be completed by applicant.”
Or are you filling out the top portion too? It says to be filled out out by the Recruiting Service, but feels a bit odd shipping this having just been signed?

Hawaiis interviews are next weekend. Its safe to assume at this point that they’ve got their picks.
And to echo what [mention=80522]CavGuy[/mention] said; I’ve only gotten a TBNT from only a handful of units. Kinda sucks not to hear back, but press on and keep improving those apps.

I believe since every IP needs 'seasoning' for two years before they can upgrade, it's referring to that. Just a a guess though.

Congrats on the hire dude!! Glad to know that re-taking the AFOQT wouldn't be that big of a game changer in this situation, gonna focus on polishing up those apps this weekend.Very excited to get this dream off the ground for the first time.

You have good scores and looks like you have great connections in the LORS. I wouldn't worry about the quantitative tbh. Your overall stats are very good so I would just say get out and start rushing. You'll start seeing results soon. Good luck!

Hello all!
Longtime lurker looking for some initial feedback on my scores and experience. Now that I finally got my PCSM score back, I'll be shot-gunning my application as soon as possible. What are my chances of getting hired on with a fighter unit? I'm not picky about location or platform as long as I get into a fast mover.
-PCSM: 99
-AFOQT: 99/75/77/81/66
-Education: Northern Arizona University B.S. in Computer Science
-GPA: 3.22
-Total flight hours: 321
-Ratings: Commercial Pilot SEL, Instrument, Complex and High Performance
-LORs: Former F-15C pilot and T-38 instructor, Check Airman at Southwest Airlines, and my flight instructor.
I think my AFOQT quantitative is gonna hurt quite a bit so I'd definitely like to know what you guys think about retaking the test to bump that up. As far ratings, is anything past a PPL really gonna count for something in terms of being competitive? Rather not spend big bucks on more check rides when UPT is gonna give me better training anyways.
If there is anything else anyone would like to know that I didn't address above please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you all in advance for your feedback and time, any comments on weak areas that I can improve on would be greatly appreciated!
