  1. Who's up for a FY14 force management discussion forum reunion in 10 years? I vote chizz as the forum president!! Did anyone else get an email saying they needed attachment 3 from psdm 14-08 for further application processing?
  2. Seriously jug head, lighten up. We are are all so proud of you that you paid attention in class. Go back to your lab. Well said chizz!
  3. Thank God indeed, Cornholio. I have stared at that email for 40 mins now making sure it wasn't recalled. Yes I had adsc left. Praying that all of you guys get good news.
  4. Guys, no joke, just got the approval email. Vsp approved
  5. Fbomb, if he or someone from his office calls I will correct the error.
  6. Appreciate the help, but it is irrelevant at this point.
  7. Thanks Fbomb, I could care less at this point. You must be a wing exec or something.
  8. That a boy, tmq! I will try to do the same today.
  9. Congressman ### (or appointed reader), I am currently serving in the USAF and stationed at ### AFB. The reason I am writing is to speak to Cong. Xxxx about fraud, waste, and abuse in the USAF, specifically within the major command of Air Force Personnel Command. Additionally, I would like to speak to him about the level of incompetence and mismanagement within this organization. Basically, back in Jan/Feb of this year, the USAF said it needed to cut people to meet congressionally mandated force management cuts. One avenue to make this happen was to ask for volunteers to accept early separation with pay, also known as VSP (voluntary separation with pay). It is now mid-May and I still have not been told whether or not I am approved. This is most frustrating because it directly affects my wife and kids because we cannot plan out our future past This summer. What are the chances of a congressional inquiry/investigation into this matter? I am happy to discuss this matter more over the phone.
  10. Btw, those of you who have not done so, read John Q Public's entry on the "every dollar counts" campaign. On that note, perhaps an idea should be to lose afpc and outsource their less than marginal services to a private consulting firm. Or for that matter, challenge a graduate class(es) at a university to do their work for them. I would bet the job could be done not only more efficiently but also effectively while simultaneously saving money(since that is most important these days). Love the acronym lumbergh. You don't know how long I stat up at night thinking of something that afpc could stand for
  11. Fly6584, fantastic job. Thanks for writing your congressman. Let us know if you hear anything. I heard afpc is having sapr down WEEK.
  12. 3holer, that is a true story. Fantastic job afpc!
  13. Is anybody else an '03 11M still waiting on vsp results? Heck, is anyone a 03 11M who was approved vsp or PC for that matter? Ground control to Major Tom? Tell me there is an 03 11M with some good news.
