To be honest I would be thrilled to be RIF eligible, because if AFPC doesn't learn from it's 2011 mistake (and it's seriously looking that way) then you can send in a letter and get your 1.00 pay and get out of this effing clown show. While the rest of us are just pleading and begging our PC paperwork goes through. I know plenty of buddies who got RIF'd in 2011 and have big smiles on their faces! Just called TFSC this morning and I also received the "mid-May" answer. She also said "we don't have a specific date" and I said, well wouldn't mid-May be 15 May and she said "eh". I almost laughed and cried at the same time. Posted from the NEW Baseops.net App!

Even though I would love for this to be true, I find it incredibly hard to believe. All I've heard for the past few days from leadership (I know, take that with a grain of salt) is that AFPC will not start processing the VSP applications that require the ADSC waiver until after 1 May. But in light of this new information from LookieRookie, I will go back to refreshing vMPF every 30 seconds. (05, 11M, 3 years ADSC, currently "referred to BPO" after getting rejected the first round)
