Relax, all right? My old man is a television repairman, he's got this ultimate set of tools. I can fix it.
Yeah...a little bondo and that'll buff right out...

Unfortunate, but hey here is the picture of the gal that brought down an american hero.
It takes two to tango...
Forget the moral/legal implications for a moment. Does it disturb anyone else that the Director of the CIA can't even keep his own affair a secret?

Nobody saw trouble coming...

Good point...probably the worst demographic to target. At least I'm convinced that's Breitling's viewpoint.
Maybe they know something about upcoming RIFs...

Whoa, getting all personal and down home up in here!
Maybe we should rename the thread to "How many generations of your family are on BOps.net"
So Rainman should have about 6-9 generations...

I think it is Born over-reacting, while Lengyel has a better perspective on it. You know he's an Aggie right? I've heard he's a good dude, Old Army kinda guy.
Speaking of great traditions....Flight of the Pumpkin! Such a good time to watch all you silly BQs struggle to deal with one outfit.
FIFY
And I don't recall having any issues with C-2. We outnumbered them at least 6 to 1 at every encounter. We put 'em in their proper place.

<sigh>
It shows how much of a lack of actual leadership they have at the zoo. A good leader says "Knock off the bullshit" and the subordinates react. You don't need to cancel years of tradition just because of a single bad act.

Take a look at the thread title and take this stupid discussion elsewhere.

IMC
http://en.wikipedia....nt_flight_rules
Yeah. IMC would have made more sense, but IFR does too. Quit quibbling.
Wait, what?
Now I'm even more confused. What if I actually am in 6 degrees of bank? And how do I recover? Can I even recover for that type of extreme unusual attitude?
Is there any way you could whip out a 69 slide ppt deck for me to study on this? That would be great.
Aren't there some kids on your lawn

Wait, what?
When your gas gauge shows "E" and you JUST took 110K from a tanker, chances are that your gauge is wrong. Likewise, when one of your instruments shows you in a 6 degree bank while the others show you at wings-level, don't trust the malfunctioning instrument
Says the one who only has instruments to stare at
remind me not to fly with you in IFR
-
Spatial D is a killer. Trust your instruments unless you have significant reason to ignore them

Couldn't resist.

Granted, I'm no math major, but 11752 fpm is only about 196 feet per second; 60 MPH is 88 fps, so 11752 fpm is only about 200 mph vertical vector, right?
Only 200 mph?

Are you playing dungeons and dragons here? Flog yourself appropriately.
Thank you very much Captain Obvious. That was the joke.

one, PM me for more info. I went through a similar experience, but I'm not going to share all the details with the public.

Oh good, a weapon that can be defeated by sheet metal. Sure hope our enemies don't figure out how to build with that.
another "self smart" individual...

Never mind. Forget I said anything about being an EWO. I have no idea what he's talking about.
Turn in your issued D-20 dice...

Actual video of the test from inside the test structure. A CD drive literally throws up a CD. I promise: no rickrolls

For those wondering why/how the camera survived, it was in a Faraday cage

Looks like the Boeing folks have a new cruise missile up their sleeves...no, not literally

What made Wyoming head coach Dave Christensen so mad? Apparently, Christensen was upset because he thought that the opposing team's quarterback, Connor Dietz, faked an injury near the sideline, which gave Air Force some additional time to draw up a play for their backup QB who came in and scored the go-ahead touchdown on the very next play.
Whether or not he faked an injury is irrelevant. This kind of behavior shouldn't be tolerated. It's a game.

Put it on a ppt slide for us.
I'll use small words just for you

At ~130,000ft or 24.6 miles, he'd be able to see approximately 430 miles. The closest body of water to Roswell is the Sea of Cortez, slightly over 500 miles. So no....no water.
Maths.
Try 502.487...

I know an Viper Driver that was passed over to Major in the zone...made it ABZ, and then made Lt Col IPZ as well.
There's still hope!
Good Luck!
