    As a civilian, I've interviewed with several units and have never had any comments about the format of my civilian resume. Unless they specifically ask for a military format, I wouldn't worry about it.

    The 144th just started interviewing non-priors a few years ago. I believe the last board still interviewed about 90% from within the unit.
