    SMOE, according to the OTSMAN, during the annual December/January holiday break, trainees may take ordinary or advance leave in accordance with AFI 36-3003 and OTS holiday policy. When I was in tech school we got two weeks off, one for xmas and the following week for New Year's. Not sure how it'll work at OTS though; distance restrictions, dates, etc...

    I'm scheduled for 13-03. As of right now the dates are 13 Nov-8 Feb. Looks like we'll be the 1st for the new 9 week course!

    I was told they will update the status in AFRISS-R (the recruiting system). But my recruiter just checked and it still showed my status was pending. So I'm guessing theres some lag time before it updates.

    No kidding! I was hoping there would be a few more folks here get some intel. Anybody heard anything on selctions? Talked to my recruiter yesterday and she hadn't heard anything.
