For the 38 side of the house, what are the chances of sneaking off during the day to let out a dog if you bring one with you? (thinking MAX 15 minute each way drive)
-
It's 70 +/- 15 almost year round and most of the time sunny.
Except in the sac valley, where it turns into an oven during the summer.

I need a ruling:
Does Mustache March exist while deployed?
I would like to think a stache is required every month while deployed, why would I kill a 6 month gnarly upper lip sweater to start on an even playing field with people at home?
Cheers.
(I'm not shaving, regardless of what you say.)

Was the problem at BMT the recruits raping each other? Oh, no, that's right, it was the instructors.
So 5 more days with those instructors makes sense...

Has anyone heard/seen this floating around the interwebs, that the King of Jordan, who also happens to be a pilot (unlike Kim Jong A$$hole), is going to, or has flown a combat mission and blown up some of these scumbags? Could be propaganda, might not be, but either way the picture they released makes this guy look like he wants blood. I love it
.

Also, is the chick from The Interview hot? I'm not sure...I haven't decided yet...

Does anyone actually know what happened in Interstellar? Do our drug tests pop for LSD, I feel like that is what I was missing from that movie...

Anybody had any experience with the USAA MoversAdvantage program?

Sorry but your would never see any self respecting Naval Aviator wearing a T-45 watch. It's a trainer...
I'd say the T45 and the T38 are two totally different aircraft, are they both trainers? sure. but the 38 is more difficult to fly, faster, has a more storied heritage, and is far more sexy than it's navy counterpart. many dudes count it as a first love

This thread quickly became taken over by a bunch of SNAPs. First off you are mis-associating tool/douche bag and bad attitude with sense of entitlement or individuals who think they have everything figured out. One can quickly be changed over some beers at a bar and the other takes time and maturity. I was merely pointing out that hitting cntrl-F on a computer won't save you from the inevitable RPA and there is no need to worry about things you can't change at this point, that's all.
jeez dude, lighten up

"BLUF: To set clear expectations and restore Airman's time, the following changes are being implemented emphasizing job performance as the primary consideration when evaluating officers for promotion:A. AADs will not be expected until promotion to colonel for line of the Air Force officers. All data pertaining to AADs will be removed from all promotion-related documents prior to colonel. The promotion-related documents affected are: The Officer Pre-selection Brief (OPB); the Officer Selection Brief (OSB); and the Duty Qualification History Brief (DQHB).B. Method and timing of DE will be removed from all promotion-related documents (OPB, OSB, and DQHB). These documents will only highlight the level of DE, and the status will reflect that it has been "Completed," and for officers selected to attend DE in-residence, it will reflect "Select."The first promotion board to implement the new policy will be the Major's (LAF) Central Selection Board scheduled for Dec. 1."YAHTZEE!

Recently,
ATC - "...where do you plan on going to next"
Us (who have no idea what the next point is because of a heated fantasy football debate) - "whatever the next point we have filed is"
ATC - "well yea I guess that makes sense, but lets not keep secrets from each other ok?"
Airliner - "yea don't do that"
edit: bad engrish

Hey, I know I'm just a stupid single seat guy and all, and I bet you could accuse me of doing that weird "hand flying" thing more than what's "normal" in a big airplane...
BUT
At what ######ing point do you just tell the AP to ###### off and hand fly your airplane? I'm serious.
People don't do that enough, it's disgusting. If someone lacks faith in their own hand flying skills to the point where they would trust the A/P more than themselves, they shouldn't be allowed to fly. Will it be as smooth? Probably not, but at least IMHO, I know I'm not going to screw it up.

Damn, tough crowd. You guys hate Top Gun because of the inaccurate portrayal of tech data on MiG-28's as well?
