    “Squadron officer school is changing – we’re shrinking the course," Welsh said. "There’s going to be a 100 percent opportunity for active officers to go. Don’t take it by correspondence. If you get within a year of the major’s board and you’ve been operationally deferred, go take it then. We’re going to give you a chance to go. Thats good enough for me. They are also going to get rid of IDE/SDE by correspondence.

    FYI - if your scores seem totally out of whack like mine did AFPC may have made a mistake when converting your score. I emailed them today and they called me saying there was a mistake and they corrected it. I went from going down over 60 points to going up 4 points.

    how is being an RPA pilot-- i have a couple days to accept or decline it.

    Been working for Col Leavitt since she took command of the 4 FW - she has been absolutely amazing. She is genuine in her interactions with Airmen, she asks more questions than any person in charge i've ever met and most of all she is humble. I hope she goes far in this Air Force.
