    Notified that I was selected by AFRC today! Board met 5 and 6 Sept and today is 29 Sept. Recruiter said they'll get me an email soon with 340th training group info and OTS info soon to follow as well. Looks like they worked in OTS dates pretty quick this go around?

    Nothing is worse than partying with good dudes at SOS and then finding out they got RIFed while at SOS. Flight morale went into the tank and shit got awkward real fast.

    I have this watch, and the 2 previous versions. I totally agree with all stated above. Citizen makes great watches. I also have the Omega Speedmaster and my Citizens are comparable for a much cheaper price. The Omega is for passing down, so now I need to get another so my youngest has one as well.

    . If I had a dollar for every time I had to do an in-flight calculation down to the millisecond, then desperately needed a watch to do it... I'd have negative $69. Pilots are cool. Watches are cool. Pilots like watches. Done. Don't overthink it.
