    Is exactly what the first time home buyer website says here. My question is this. If I buy a home and use the tax credit would a deployment longer than 90 days allow me to then move into another house when I got back without having to forfeit the cash since I was more than 50 miles away and for longer than 90 days? Assuming I do this before the 3 year mark at which point this question becomes irrelevant.
