Secondly, as my first posting, my question deals with the opportunities for ANG pilots to become instructor pilot's within the various SUPT bases. Not that I'm aware of, though some ANG units do run RTU's for specific aircraft. Here's a list:

I don't know of any specifics, but I do know that it's possible. While I was at Columbus, there was an IP who had been farmed out by the New Orleans Guard unit.
