March 31, 201510 yr Yeah, when I was here the first time in 2010 the road to the gate was wide open. Then last year I came back, and they installed medians between every lane and put about 20 curves in to slow the traffic down. What the curves actually do is make it impossible to tell which lane is short when you're approaching before the medians start so you have to just pick a lane and pray.

I am not bullish on a lot of real estate in the west but I still think the av will be a great investment.
May 13, 20178 yr The rental market sucks right now. I had to move out of my current house because my landlord wants to move back in, and there was not much good. There were four rentals listed on military by owner, and one was perfect so snagged it. I have a buddy who will be renting his out in that area, but not until later in the summer. No pool though. There's tons of options if you buy. But then you have to deal with the crappy renters here when you move. And selling it might be difficult because there's so much competition.
