You will also go through it again after you get your fighter assignment, but before you go to IFF. That spin in the fuge is specific to your airframe (to include a 30 tilt in the seat and a side stick for the Viper profile).

Hmm, I didn't know the seat in the fuge can tilt, that's good to know. Does anyone know the profiles that you have to pass for the F-16 before you go to IFF?

The website from PalmettoGuy is good for the F-16 fuge. One thing to add to that is that during the pofile #1 (without the g-suit), you have to get up to at least 8-g's. The increase your g-load from 1 g up to at least 8 by .1g/second. So they are testing resting g tolerance but it is also by far the most difficult profile (even worse than the 9g if you can believe it). I have heard of many people g locking on this after the profile is over but fuge is still spinning back down. But, don't worry too much all pilots agree that the g's aren't nearly as bad in the aircraft as they are in the centrifuge.

The other profiles are the same for the other aircraft except the F-15E and A-10's do 7.5 for 15 seconds, and the F-15C guys do 8.5.
