July 11, 200520 yr Or are there alot of 15 and 16 year olds getting on here in the last couple weeks asking "advice" on what to do with their lives. They all have the same "stats" and asking the same questions. Heres my advice----- READ WHAT HAS ALREADY BEEN ASKED AND USE THE SEARCH BUTTON! AND LEARN TO MAKE YOUR OWN CHOICES, ITS YOUR LIFE! just an observation
July 11, 200520 yr I thought this forum was made to learn and experience flying through words? Other than getting bashed on for being new
July 11, 200520 yr To some extent. 15 and 16 year-olds need to be concerned about other things besides burning hours on a forum getting advice from people they don't know from Adam, regarding what to do with their lives when they grow up. They make guidance counselors for this.
July 11, 200520 yr I thought this forum was made to learn and experience flying through words? Other than getting bashed on for being newYou're absolutely right! Learn about flying through words. There is no question you can ask that either A: is so important in nature it must be answered anytime in the next year, or B: hasn't already been asked and answered already on the forum. Moral: Read and don't post...use the search function! edit: the comment about questions applies to you high school sophmores and such...no offense, but you've got more important questions to face at this juncture in life. Now I'll shut up and go back to learning too... [ 10. July 2005, 23:16: Message edited by: FourFans130 ]
July 11, 200520 yr My advice to the young, don't have sex with out protection and keep your driving record clean, oh and stay off the drugs! Seriously when I went through MEPS there was a kid in front of me talking to the doc about how he had smoked some pot a few months ago but he promised that it only happened once, Ok stupid.

Other than getting bashed on for being new OK, here's some flying experience words that most people never seem to learn: You get a lot more SA from listening to the radio than from talking on it. Live it.

They all have the same "stats" and asking the same questions. That's what teenagers do. They don't care to use the search function to learn because their situation is totally unique. Everything is about them. You don't understand, no one else has ever or will ever go through what they are going through right now. Use the search function? Yeah, right. It is all about them. Why can't you just answer their questions? AAARGH, you just don't understand anything! That's my perspective. I have a house full of teenagers. I witness the teenage angst every day.
July 11, 200520 yr I can at least see getting on here to ask how to get started, but I can't believe someone would ask what they should do with their lives. Why would you ask someone else what will make YOU happy?
