As I plan my next move, I came up with a question I am having a hard time getting an answer for.

 

The guard unit I am considering joining is doing all deployments via Mob Letters, thus getting the Mob protection and whatnot.

 

I will be a complete free agent with zero commitment to the unit. I plan on sticking around for a while, but I know eventually I am going to want to give up the job forever.

 

Once you get put on a Mob Letter are you effectively blocked from separating/retiring until after the deployment?

 

I had heard rumors AFRC was trying to make it harder to separate if you were tasked with a deployment but haven’t heard anything about the Guard. Thanks!
