You will do the full SERE pipeline. I think you can expect to go to water survival prior to your class start date, then the rest of SERE after you drop. When I went through PCola, we knocked out water survival and SV80 prior to starting class.

I might just be dumb, but reading the third paragraph in the PSDM, do I need to contact anyone if I’m accepting the slot? Or only if declining?

The reason it’s been so delayed could be because there were so many people selected, it’s taken them awhile to get everyone processed and good to go. Last year there weren’t many selects compared to previous years, so were due for a windfall. Stay positive, yall!

Any current/former execs know the process of how commanders are notified? Do they get an email?

You can turn it down - last years PSDM gives an example of the verbiage to use and route to AFPC

I know last year the initial word was just selection or not, then a week or two later they found out what base and when.

PSDM mentioned that the UFT office would reach out within 1-2 weeks after submission to confirm receipt - anyone gotten an email yet?
