My bad on that. I was confusing that for TLP. It's been a few years and brain bytes. NATO AWACS supported a lot of TLP in Europe.

Who said the helmet was his or that he took the helmet with him?. My "almost guarantee" is based on the n my experience of going to air shows and exercises and trading patches.

I'm not sure why you feel the need to mock my friend. It says more about you than it does about him. Maybe try getting some facts before opening your mouth and save yourself the embarrassment.

NATO AWACS participates in ENJPPT quite regularly. I'm sure Adam flew many missions in support. They handed out those patches like candy.

The picture with the ACC patch, I can almost guarantee that pic was at an air show or an exercise and he traded away his NATO wing patch to an ACC guy.

I can confirm. Adam is legit. I served with him at Geilenkirchen with NATO AWACS. Those are definitely NATO patches. There should be a small US flag on the top right shoulder but it's missing for some reason. The helmet, we used to get fam rides with fighters from time to time. Maybe he just had one that day. I also served with Adam at Tinker. He is one of the smartest and nicest guys I've ever met or had the privilege to serve with.
