    I think we could probably merge about 6-9 of the threads on this forum (New 36-2903, Mil Retirement Under Attack, Tops in blue -- WTF?, Cyber Wings, Boss I Quit, More Uniform Changes, etc etc etc) and it would more than answer all of your questions Catbox. Where's the "How to fix the AF" thread? Just sayin....

    I have heard from multiple sources that the folks that got picked up for dark greys are having a hard time in IFF. They all said that this program did not come close to preparing them for that environment. Pretty sure that's part of the reason some of the Columbus IFF IPs came down a couple of weeks ago to check things out. I'm sure they'll make it through and I wish them all the best but it sucks to hear that the CSO program wasn't quite up to par for that course. Haven't heard anything else in regards to other aircraft. I'm sure for the most part, people are just now starting IQT in their respective MWS.

    My simple answer to the no pen tab patches is simple: it's a memorial to a friend who gave his life in defense of our nation. Then walk away.

    Except for the guys who actually wear patches for that exact reason. Thanks for playing.

    I just want my landing fees back. No reason to pay for a friday shirt I'll never get to wear.

    CSO drop nights

    Interesting. I wanna look into where in the process our need for tons of new dudes is getting held up...too bad for those who wanted to come here because the need is there. Between the break in nav production with the RND-PNS move and now 2 drops in a row with no guys things are gonna get real lean around here...

    There was an abnormal break between drops from the first class to this one but you can now expect drops every 3 weeks from here on out. I'm sure they'll start sending folks your way soon.

    if I retain my current AFSC, then do I still get my Language Incentive pay and Flight Pay?

    Language, possibly. Flight, no.

    I was wondering if my time on AOs will carry over to my new rated career field?

    No.
