    Colonial Grand at Desert Vista is probably the best option. The apartments are nice but parking can be challenging at times. It's about 10-15 minutes from Nellis. Cable is included in the rent and after utilities you can still bank around $250 of your BAH. Stay away from the Preserves. They used to be nice but they went downhill fast.
