  1. Come fly the mighty Viper with the 175 FS in South Dakota. Applications due end of April. https://www.114fw.ang.af.mil/About-Us/Careers/
  2. I am going to the 14-03 AMS class (12 Jan- 21 Feb). I had not heard any such news about AMS lengthening and my orders have not changed. I am not privy to the happenings of the 14-04 AMS dates, but if the date expansion for 14-04 is true, you will be 1.5 weeks better trained officer than I (glass half-full) and have fun with that extra 1.5 weeks of suck (glass half-empty).
  3. It was mentioned a handful of times to know the radio calls, cold, upon arrival to UPT. Is there a summary sheet out there with standard UPT radio calls for the initial UPT stages? I've picked up on a few standard calls by reading AFMAN's pertaining to the Texan flight training. Is there an easier way to get a listing of these radio calls, rather than sifting through hundreds of AFMAN pages? Appreciate it.
  4. Got my dates about a month ago. Hired: November 2012 AMS: 12 JAN 14 UPT: 25 APR 14 Sheppard Party on Wayne.
  5. Link to FY14 AMS dates: https://www.au.af.mil/au/holmcenter/OTS/documents/FY14Classdateslettersigned.pdf I am assuming the above link is the legitimate FY14 dates. I was unofficially told by my guard unit to have my bags packed for the first AMS class of FY14.
