    Thread revival! I'm a first assignment guy headed to Ramstein to fly the Lear and I was wondering if anybody had any insight on how things were looking over there since the draw-down in aircraft. Particularly, are OSA USAFE guys doing any deployments right now, what is the current timeline like for upgrades and is it still a safe assumption that if everything goes well, and you do your job right you might get IP before you leave after your 3 years?
