It looks like there are 20 pediatric cardiologists within 20 miles of March ARB. Plus a hospital 7 miles away that CAN do pediatric heart surgery, (not sure if I would choose to go there as there are better within an hour range) but that should help our case. The problem is that because it is a small base there is actually no EFMP office there at all. I called and the best they could do is give me a number to the med clinic. I am guessing this is going to be a long and painful process.

Does anyone know if March ARB (active duty side) is currently accepting EFMP folks? Specifically we need a Pediatric Cardiologist, and my understanding is there must be one at a MTF close by. San diego naval hospital does have one but its an hour and a half from there. Curious if anyone has dealt with this.

Did your functional/AFPC recommend approval for yours?

Just finished up at Cobra Kai Friday. The program was really good and they are very military friendly. The two flights was a bonus. would definitely recommend. Cost was $2850, eval fee 500

Duck how long did it take for you to hear? I submitted early June. Also how much longer on your contract do you have?

Thanks- 2 years from date of separation request or two years from now? Just curious because thats about where I am now. It will be under at date of separation though. I do have an intent to hire attached.

right now Cobra Kai in Wichita Falls has openings in July. I am probably going to go that route just because I have some commitments in October/November like having a baby and moving. The sooner the better and as long as they are legit, I don't mind paying a little extra to get it done sooner. They said that it is 100% pass rate- takes about 4 days and 6.5 hours of flight time. $2800

Anyone have any good recommendations for ATP within driving distance to San Antonio? Looking to get it done in the next few months. thanks!

HI, we are pcsing to Laughlin in August and were wondering if most people are living on or off base at the moment. We have one baby, and my husband will be an IP. Any input would be appreciated.
