Background: USMC AH-1W driver looking to go ANG FW fighters. I know the FWQ course that was previously designed for Army RW guys without joint-FW primary experiences (t-6/34c) has gone away. Looking to see in more recent years (FWQ seemed to die around 2013) if anyone on here put in for a rated-slot, went to the ARB, and were given a specific pathway. Thanks.

BL: Do RPA selects for the UFT boards have any say for their follow on assignment since the RPA pipeline ceased doing drop nights? I’m applying for this years AD UFT board and was wondering what input the member has to their follow on assignment. I only qualify for RPA and with the new assignment process—if I’m tracking correctly— you get your follow on assignment first and then TDY to your training pipeline courses. It would be nice to have some say to the matter. Thanks for any and all responses!

I took a mock test using the method and scored 98%. Again sorry if this has already been posted but i hope it helps someone.

Before you comment “AFSOC doesn’t let its people go” let’s just say it’s a strong likelihood that they may in the next year. With B-2s hiring this year I’m thinking of throwing an application that way, does anyone have any tips or applied from other units on how to improve your chances for an interview? Also how that interview process works. Lastly: how the change in commands/mission has been for you and how satisfying has the mission been when going from small teams in direct contact with the ground team to big Air Force? Thanks!
