For Guardsmen going to UNT, is it a PCS, or two TDY's? I'm getting conflicting info when I ask around. Also, if looking to get into an earlier UNT slot, does your unit work that through the ANG? Or through the active duty people at AFPC? For any of you that got moved up to an earlier date, any good insight to share? Thanks.

I know of four, and a close relative was hired by one. If you excel in other areas, or have a strong resume, those come into play.

There seems to be a lot of conflicting opinions on whether AMS has a Dining In or Dining Out. I spoke to AMS today, and it is a Dining Out... you may bring guests. This is a recent change apparently... I believe she said it only started with the last class. However... if you plan to have guests there, still have them call AMS to verify this. 334.953.8424 or 8425. Shouldn't your unit provide it for you via the supply system?

Real good post. Thank you. Questions: they've changed it a bit, since graduation is now on a Friday. With that said, I've got a few questions: Awards Ceremony: about what time is that? Dining Out: the AMS website doesn't even discuss it in the family section. So do they still have it? If so, I'm assuming Thursday... but what time? How long does it last? Graduation: Friday... but what time does it start/finish?

In the event you get a long break before/between IFS or UNT, is there any sort of "moment's notice" list to get on to potentially get the dates moved earlier? Any other suggestions for getting moved to an earlier date?

If any Guard Navigators have gone through IFS, would you describe how the program differs for you as compared: - to pilot candidates; - to active duty Navs (if at all)

Spider, What are the dates of class 15-01? Are there any other dates published anywhere, particularly 15-02 and 15-03? What is holding up them publishing class dates?

If anyone gets any intel on the AMS dates starting around August (and later), will you post them? Additionally, with the AF announcing they are cancelling a number of OTS classes, will that affect AMS dates (such as adding more during the summer)?

At what point were you given your AMS class date? Was it after your flying physical? Did all of you go to Wright-Patt for your flying physical? When were you given your flying training start date?
