Sorry to bring up an old thread. I am having a similar issue to Smitty. I purchased the test prep software, which I was sent an access key for. However, the access key is not valid. I actually purchased it again thinking it was a fluke and received another invalid access key. No response from the website contacts.

Any similar issues or recommendations?
